The signed agreement addresses scope, deposits, payments, revision rounds, customer responsibilities, submitted intellectual property, subcontractors, third-party costs, cancellation, ownership, launch, warranties, limitations, governing law, and disputes.

Approval

Customers should review the complete written agreement and request clarification before signing or paying a deposit.
