Service Scope and Payment
Scope, price, deposits, payment deadlines, revision limits, timing, and deliverables are defined in the customer’s written quote or agreement.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information and have permission to use submitted text, images, logos, trademarks, and other materials.
Third-Party Services
Domains, hosting, premium tools, licenses, integrations, and other third-party expenses are included only when stated in writing.
Warranties, Limitations, and Disputes
Applicable warranties, limitations, governing law, and dispute terms are provided in the signed service agreement.
