From hello to launch day

Six thoughtful steps. One better experience.

Every project is different, but our approach stays straightforward. You'll always know what we're working toward and what comes next.

01

Let's talk about your goals

We learn about your business, your customers, the problems you're solving, and what success should look like. Bring your ideas—even if they're not fully formed yet.

What you'll get: An initial conversation about your goals, needs, and possible next steps.
02

A plan built around you

We outline the pages or features, materials needed, proposed approach, pricing, and project expectations so you can make an informed decision before work begins.

What you'll get: A project scope and quote that spell out what's included.
03

Design with purpose

We shape a visual direction around your brand and your audience: thoughtful layouts, clear messaging, and a smooth experience across screen sizes.

What you'll get: A design direction that balances personality and usability.
04

Build and bring it to life

We create the agreed-upon website or solution, connect the necessary components, and check how it works on phones, tablets, and desktops.

What you'll get: A working version based on the approved project scope.
05

Review, refine, approve

You'll have an opportunity to review the work, flag issues, and request adjustments within the agreed scope. We check the important details before launch.

What you'll get: A review round and a clear sign-off point before publishing.
06

Launch with confidence

After approval, we coordinate launch, domain connection where applicable, and the handoff. If you choose an ongoing service, we'll outline how updates and support work.

What you'll get: A live launch and clarity about post-launch options.

The details matter

No guessing games. No confusing handoffs.

Our goal isn't just to make something that looks good. It's to make the experience of getting there as clear and comfortable as possible.

✓ Know what's included before the build begins✓ Have a voice during review and refinement✓ Understand domain and hosting choices✓ Know what happens once your project launches
What do I need to get started?

A little information about your business, what you're looking to achieve, and any branding, photos or examples you have. We can explain what else will be useful once we understand the project.

Can I request changes before launch?

Yes. We'll provide a review opportunity before publishing. The scope and quote will explain what revisions are included and how additional requests are handled.

Do I need my own domain?

No. If you already have a domain, we can discuss connecting it. If not, we'll explain available options and any separate registration costs.

How long does a project take?

Timing depends on complexity, the features you need, and how quickly content and approvals are available. We'll discuss an estimated schedule during planning rather than promise the same deadline for every project.

What happens after my website goes live?

Our website packages include a required $29.95/month care plan for hosting, routine maintenance, support, up to three standard monthly content changes, and automatic seasonal appearance updates. We'll explain how the plan works before launch.

Is this process only for websites?

No. We also work on software and more involved digital projects. The overall stages are similar, while milestones and technical requirements are adapted to the work.
